Our massage combines Trigger Point Release, Sports Massage & Relaxation Techniques, plus Soft Tissue Mobilization Techniques to help relieve Tension, Injuries, Athletic Maintenance of Muscles and Relaxation**
Plus an Assessment can be done & Specific Stretches for certain muscle groups can be shown at every appointment, so you can do these stretches at home or work for maintenance of those (stubborn muscles).
